How soon will my order ship?

Orders received before noon Eastern Time are shipped the same day. Delivery is within three business days, excluding weekends and holidays, although delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Yes, we offer free delivery nationwide within the United States.

How can I check the status of my order?

Email marketing@cgcbeautycollection.com with your order number for an update. Please don’t include payment-card details.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items may be returned by requesting a return within 14 working days after receipt. Items must be unused or unworn, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. Beauty and personal-care goods, sale items, gift cards, and other exclusions listed in our Refund Policy are not eligible for return. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

How long does an approved refund take?

After receiving and inspecting an accepted return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 working days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
